Two kinds of organizations, one way of working

We work with independent and Montessori schools, associations, and non-profits. Different missions, similar problems: too much to run, too few people to run it, and technology that gets in the way more often than it helps.

Montessori and Independent Schools

We help you and your staff do what you do best. We manage and improve the day-to-day administration — enrollment records, classroom technology, staff accounts, the systems that quietly hold a school together — and help chart a course for growth. We already know the platforms schools run on, including Veracross and Transparent Classroom, so you are not paying us to learn them on your time.

Associations and Non-profits

Running an association means wearing many hats. We take on the operational load — membership data, event and registration systems, the website, the reporting your board expects — so you can focus on the work you are passionate about. Wild Apricot and similar membership platforms are familiar ground for us.
